I believe he is saying that he's a big contractor for DirecSat (I could be wrong). But regardless, if your already working with DirectSat, it should be pretty easy to find out if they are.
Last I knew Mastec still had everything lock down in South Florida. I knew that DirectSat and Connect Television have done AFS work in Florida, but not as far down as the Key's.
