I have been saying for years that this industry needs a Union to protect the contractors. IBEW takes good care of electrical contractors and makes sure they are treated right and get paid.
In fact, IBEW would be a good union for the CATV Industry. Believe me when I say this is the only solution for an industry so far off course. I have seen and heard everything in the last 35 years and some say union are worthless and this is somewhat true, however, everyone in this industry needs protection from the crooks that have taken over the business.
