Re: Pecking order

Hey Bush.... your better off working for a retailer, not Mastec..  Changes are comming that will require a low voltage license within by my estimates from my what Im told by the end of the year.  All the company's have used a 489 14(a) exemption but most local and state investigators have not read it is only for utilities like Power, so the statement which was/is being passed from State is NO were not covered Sat and Cable and Home Theat.  Gov Scott is aware of this and has a team to combat this issue.

Everyone is going to get a letter within the year and only those who convert to employee based and get the required licenses are going to continue in this industry.  This directly ties to Gov Scotts plan to created jobs and strong enforcement.  So when you talk about pecking order on here.  Direct TV - Mastec/Retailer - Sub partner - Installer.

The installer always loses aswell as the sub partner.
