I can see both sides of the arguement. If you incorporate, your personal assets are protected from any lawsuit. But isn't that why we all carry insurance? Although, i suppose your insurance would only cover so much. In response, i would say get whatever you need to protect yourself, whether thats more insurance or incorporate. Keep in mind that you still need insurance after you incorporate, but will have to change your policy from an individual to a company policy. The costs are about the same.
