Re: Again, really???

I can tell you this I have never been back charged for anything, I make sure my work is right or I won't do the job. The innate problem is that the business is filled with hacks who call themselves installers because some company is hiring any one with a pulse and "training" them. Some of us are really good at what we do and take pride in our work. That house was done by a hack or two...
