Yeah gator is tasty, I've had it a few times, got some of my fathers people down in LA and TX and the restaurants in FL had it on the menus
when I lived there. Wasn't near as good as what I had in LA, damn them Cajuns can cook.
Last wild pig I had was when I was in the PI, they can cook a pig. Wash it down with lots of cold San Miguel beer. Had a couple of LBFM's waiting on me hand and foot. I don't know whitch was better the food or the women....the food and beer filled me up and the LBFM's drained me.
