My Question is why does the order even go out? DTV or it's affiliates know when they take the order whether their is a landline or not. I would pre call customer in morning and verify, I would refuse the work on no landline homes. I already know what you all are gonna say, but get supervisor to promise no backcharge in writing or no install, at least you have something in writing when you go to court. If he makes you do it and you know your gonna get backcharged and he wont write off the backcharge, tell him to do it himself as your packin up your tools. Then again i'm sick of hearin about this shit, either quit, keep gettin ripped off, but at the very least shut the hell up about it!!! again and again and again.
