Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board has the prime directive on going after unlicensed installers with a passion. They are driving in neighbor hoods and looking for trucks with ladders. This investigator might have had a bad installer at his home installing cable which pissed him off. Construction sites are targets aswell with MDU wiring. Is Direct TV, Dish or Bright House going to pay your fine or bail after the second offence?
