Update:
We got a call from our outage people last night saying the node went out again. A coworker (he was on call) and I went out and saw the same raised floor. We decided enough was enough. We cut out the amplifier and replaced it with an SA Gainmaker High Gain Dual. As we were breaking apart the existing amp we found the two .875 connectors (main input and port 4 output) weren't even hand tight at the amp housing. That could've been the reason for the elevated noise floor when I touched the seizure screw with the screwdriver the other night (just not sure).
Anyway, I can finally see the noise coming off a couple of the legs. Before it was either 10 dB raised floor or nothing at all. I worked on clearing the noise today and still have a couple amps to go. If anything else happens I'll be sure to post it, but for now it looks like this thread can be closed with a solution provided.
