Does not matter what licenses or business structure you have set up, but rather how day to day work is structured/performed. In 99.9% of the prime to sub relationship you could be classified as an employee and as the govt. needs more $$$ they will start coming after the primes for tax fraud and or evasion, and if they can't get it from the prime their attentions will turn to the sub.
