My Fiance' worked as a CSR for Comcast. She quit because of all the BS. They were told to keep their handle-times to less than 2 minutes AND within that 2 minutes, they're supposed to fix the customer's problem and thry to upgrade them on something. I know my girl got yelled at a coulple times for long calls because of stupid customers arguinig that the TV is not unplugged when in the end, it was. I understand why some CSR's roll a truck for dumb shit...just to get the call overwith and under two minutes.
