Ive got alot of tests. The funny thing is that the company says All its independent has represented and warranted they are in complaince with all applicable laws performing their work.
My question is how can you be considered a contractor when not one holds a license at the State or County level and All training was provided by the company. Lets see how this plays out.
All within the next few months.
1. Chest Xrays
2. Breathing Texts
3. Blood texts
4. Lung Bio --- the scope that goes into and checks it out
Most people I know think im ok, but its something thats bugging the hell out of me. Even one craw in a attic without the right mask, suit can expose and infect you. We all know the people who having been doing this for years has been in thousands. So the percentages are greater. After reviewing a few firms, they recommended tests to have performed and notify them of the results.
I see this as the real industry changer more so then the misclassified employee as independant contractor. Lots of companys are going to go out of business our suits.
