Heres a solution...........Hire a attorney that represents the techs nationwide...What else you going to do? Techs wont stick together and the company you work for knows it. They play on the ignorance of the newbies and the fact there is no brotherhood of installers. It would be a battle, but like I said what else you going to do. This stuff has been going on for years. And there isn't any secrets kept in here either.
