Be prepared for everything.  Have a routine. Look at your job as you pull up and know exactly how you are going to do it, and stick to it. Take everything with you in your bags, limit any trips to the truck. The best installers and service techs are the ones that never have to go back to the truck. Think two or three steps ahead.
