Re: Worn Out Techs? Get Out Now!

I think that most techs are letting thse companies mentally control them. The fact is if everyone walked out on the same day they could not replace them fast enough to cover. The other fact is that they let the company keep them mentally insecure. If they would simply get some balls they could make decent wages. They can wait for 3-5 weeks for their 1st pay, but can even stage a 1day walk out. Makes no sense to me.
