This is true.....but if you are making money based on the money they are charging and you are paying then..all the screw jobs are just bad manners. Learn to take the good with the bad because one hand washes the other and it is just a part of the business. Whilr one cannot defend certain practices you can't stop them but you sure as hell can refuse to cooperate with them.
