this is an easy fix go back to the head end and take a reciever and tv and back track your equipment till you find the problem . Beware of back feed it also can be a problem .
I have wired many 300 1000 1200 sytems and always started at the top and eliminated each componet . till I found the problem . You do not list what equipment you are using so I can only make this type of conclusion .
