unions protect the lazy man,and make no one money but the union administration. They were once good but have lost their usefulness. They also make it hard to advance in whatever field you happen to be in, and they are associated with..Nonunion shops will let you advance a lot easier. The more you know and can do the more money you can make. I've worked in both union and nonunion shops and have always found nonunion shops allowed me to make more money in the long run.
