For some reason ports are not staying active or open . i would use a router from ur modem for now. I haven't had any luck any other way. I will contact my I T buddy and get more info.As for 6/1 . It sounds like what they r paying for and is plenty for gaming. It sounds lika an ARRIS issue cuz this what we use also
