I got out. simple as that.. Just a few years in and it didn't take long to see where this is going. Best decision I have made in a long time.. I'm happy and my family is even happier. New job starts next week working from home with benefits. Have to get the idea of making as much as you did installing out of your head. Opportunities are there for the taking, just have to find a situation that works for you and go for it.. The only way to change is to make it happen, otherwise you can continue to bang your head against a wall and hope for different results. Good luck to those who take the plunge and pursue ANYTHING else. You can bitch about it or you can do something about it..your choice..
