Met with the attorney today and found out that the case involving my husband is over. No charges will be filed and it is completely legal to hit and kill someone on the highway as long as you don't smell like alcohol. You will not be tested and get to go home to your family while the victims family is left to deal with the aftermath....You have to love KENFUCKME
I think its time to move to Ohio
