I couldn't tell you, I haven't been to the site yet. I spoke with the customer a few moments ago and he stated that the audio is only affected on the lower channels and there is a high pitched whine coming through on them. The video and audio are in sync. We just had a pretty good snow storm here in Virginia last week and the problem started at that time. Any chance that it is a moisture penetration issue? I have never come across this particular problem on the residential systems.
