Re: 30% theft rate? WTF?

  When we did the audit for Wichita,Ks and surrounding areas it was alittle over 30% it was the first audit cox had done in over 15years crazy and by the time the cox QC techs would get there to check our work alot already hooked back up not even smart enough to wait a couple weeks alot of noise to chase and with some power taps in the system alot of blown fuses but I quess it keeps us workn
