You need to spend your $$$ on therapist......just kiddin'.....there is NO $$$ or the little guy at all..I know of several small systems in MI and they can't get rid  of them...been for sale for years.....korporate amerika........Possibly a small trailer park or  an SMATV system that all they care about is video or you could do a small upgrade witha limited budget, other than that it is a break even at best....good tax write off.........good luck....
