Cabledawg, its going to be tough, programming will eat you up. With the Off Air Networks now raping the small guy and the Cable Networks forcing you to carry more of their junk channels. More Government regs and fees. And the Dish folks giving programming away. Don't expect the Co-op to help the small guy anymore, unless of course you have 100K plus subs. Focus on the Internet and market to the under 30 generation. Buckle your chin strap. Just my opinion, worth just what you paid for it. Good Luck!
