- Determine the cost to purchase (based on number of subscribers)
- Estimate cost of upgrade (labor & materials; cost of sales; installation costs)
- Estimate the potential penetration for the new services (be optimistic, yet reasonably conservative)
Keep it honest, simple and realistic. Once you've arrived at these numbers, show how you will make enough money to pay back your lender on his schedule.
