The easiest answer to your question, is to pruchase a system.
Upgrading it is simple, but it need to done properly.
First you need to know the maximum of the system frequency to-day.
What is the expected frequency you want to have on the system.
You must be prepared to supply your customer with:
1- Internet service
2- IP telephone
3- Pay TV
4- Most of all a good picture quality (analog or digital)
