on another note sdelnay, just wonder what the insurance company is going to tell your wife & kids that they are NOT going to get any insurance money because you were parked 6ft off the side of the road and your ass was splattered for 30ft along the roadside, while your cones was setting on the back of your truck.. sure the cones wound't stop a 3 ton car from hitting your ass, but a good high powered lawyer would read the company policy and have it thrown out of court because you failed to follow policy..
