Re: DIRECTV offering refunds amid accusations of u

Oh hell yeah they are. I got 3 $40 charge backs this week. One because a customers new TV fried the whole system, and Directv gave him time without service. 2 of them were for jobs not even completed. One was an appartment no line of site that could not even be installed. The other one was for an upgrade that could not be completed due to snow on the roof.

Would like to know how they can charge me for jobs that can't even be done. Let alone give a customer that never even gets install a credit.

All I know is I have gotten to the point that these charge backs need to be taken to a lawyer. These things are flat criminal. There is already a class action against these companies for mis-classification of contractors and not paying OT. There should be one for all the charge backs that are BS. Why should we get charged back for defective equipment.
