Their banking that they get paid first before they pay out, they probably don't have enough money to bank roll the job. And then when you leave or the job is over you get hosed out of 5 checks. I won't work for a company that is longer than 3 weeks out. You ask them to not get paid for 5 weeks and still pay all the bills and if your on the road even more expenses
