You are mistaken, if they have you sign a piece of paper saying they can stick their finger in your butt and whistle dixie...doesn't make it legal.  It just makes you stupid for letting them do it.  Call any attorney in any state just because they have you sign a paper agreeing to it doesn't make it legal.  I've been to court with these compaines over this and won.  Listen up people you dont have to take this BS takem to court its your money they are messing with.
