Busmaster are you insane? When you pull up to a job and the drop is old 59 wire and stationline also then the whole job needs replacing so why would you need to trouble shoot anything ? And whats this about resqeduling a job and going to the next install ?? thats unheard of where we come from and cox would not allow it.As far as the port he was refering to the phone number that was not ported  ( like it was supposed to be as it takes a week to port ) not the port on the tap. So please lets not start talking dumb trouble shooting skills as ive built miles and miles of strand,all coax and fiber throughout my 26 years in cable tv.Not counting a shitload of maintinance.
