Don't know anything about what is happening today however:  I did the original layout (Strand Mapping) of this city back in 1969.  Easy build, mostly streets, alley, etc.  Good area especially seeing how I was coming out of PA in the month of March.  When it rains- it floods.  Take Care- good luck on your search.
