Re: Lead Tech?

Got promoted from lead tech to system manager, only thing thats changed is more paperwork, still out in the feild, thats not saying much because there are only 2 of us. When I first became lead tech I did not know it all however, I was lucky enough to have a system manager who did and taught me a BUNCH of shit that was not in the NCTI courses. Sometimes there are some gaps in between the positions, hopefully there are people around who are not afraid to teach.
