Island I agree having scene the last two with 3 pay cuts.... This is how fed up it was... An onsite MSO employee was saying we got a 14 percent raise and we should be happy. Well he was talking about the pay to the Prime we so called sub for. He shut up after everyone got there paychecks... It was an average 28 percent decrease and if you remember we were not told the new prices for a month after it changed.
Splice, Fiber and MDU I hear stayed if not got raises.
These are the true hard working fellows which are harder to replace, but a cable guy is a dime a dozen...
