Ground in SC is like everywhere else on the east coast. Closer to the beach you get the better the ground gets. The I-85 corridor can be rocky as in rocksaw, b/hoe with breaker and jackhammers. Between I-85 and I-26 is mixed bag and I-95 corridor be best bet. This all assuming you have a blade that is 24" plus.
