Hey Rusty, True, construction out in the burbs isn't bad, but, you have to have two flaggers, ground hand, etc...I worked some maintenance jobs over there last year before I went inhouse, and with all the traffice and shitty prices I almost starved. One and two spanners: Hell, set up prices sucked and it usually took longer to set up than to do the work. I am so fuckin' happy I went inhouse.
