why mso are allowed to have contractors, but contractors are not allowed to have subs?  isnt the whole idea to have 1099s  at the beginning is to cut cost from msos to cut benefits, shouldnt double up in prices to the primes if mso wants to convert to w2   (should i say a shady w2, not a truly w2, still doing by piece work)  w2  benefits should be cover by employer not by employee.   why now days you are an employee but they want to treat you like a contractor?
