I was at a contractor safety orientation class for the railroad today, that you have to attend before starting work on railroad property. As I was reading through the safety manual, in big bold letters it said; A competent person is to be present at excavation site. Must of had an incompetent person on site in the past. Heh heh heh heh!!!!!!!!!!!
