when i send my techs back to a job after i qc it, i use that job as a training issue. the company i work for does not with hold income from said tech. i will write them up if a 2nd qc for the same issue but never dock their pay. now when it comes to my contractors they go back with out pay, lucky for me they do their jobs rite the first time as they should. we pay them well for it
