I have to agree with "Island" I am currently here in Lancaster and I have never seen such poor quality management I see people coming to work worried that they will be getting yelled at or worse every day. It is quite uncomfortable having to work in fear everyday, I will be leaving soon (thankfully) I guess this business is just not for me if this is supposed to be "one of the best companies" I would hate to see the worst.
