I don't think people that are breaking the law should be considered good people so yes, good people will come out on top. I was working around an underground crew yesterday (all Mexican ) and when I asked the laborers a question, they pointed me to the guy running the boring rig, he could only speak broken English. I don't think for a minute that there is so much work out here that an American crew would turn down this work and this non speaking English crew should be taking away work from tax paying Americans. Enough already.
