So we went back to court on the 8th, the woman that hit and killed him is not being charged for his death. She was charged for driving without car insurance and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, 30 days of it will be served as home incarceration, and ordered to pay a $1000 fine. She is currently on probation for a DUI last year and has been charged several times for not putting her kids in car seats and speeding and a bunch of other stuff. So guys please be careful when you are out working or if you break down, because apparently someone can hit and kill you legaly.
