I totally agree with "The Corn King", all of us subs, know what the scoop is, we are not stupid, just hungry right now. For your information our normal cut or rate is 80% of the contract price, and if you didn't cut yourself a better deal than that, well then you eat it this time. At the price you want to pay, it better be all new build, have a warehouse full of parts the right parts always helps, and absolutely no easement, and be able to work a FULL SEVEN DAYS a week. No down time for anything, and 100+ ft. spans would be nice. It is always a plus if you stay out of our way, if you contract professionals they will make you money at the 80% of the contract price. We don't have outages, no service calls, it is done right the first time, like it is supposed to be. It is evident that you have been hiring very piss poor people, and maybe you take an extra cut for the bullshit you have to deal with, try hiring professionals and pay a little extra and get quality results.
