Upstream Errors

What's up Guys.....I need some info/help.  I've got a node that has Upstream errored codewords.   I've cleaned the fiber, cleaned up ingress, checked forward levels, MER and no pre's or posts( its not a DS problem but checked it anyway). ...TX is good and the receiver has been balanced. USNR is a 34db.  In Armidillo, it's all green, however when you look at errors, they are through the roof.  What am I missing???
