Just a warning to all those out there seeking work. K3 is on my naughty list (using santa speak) due to the fact that I have had to fight to get commisions paid and never gained held retainer. There were no charge backs on the contract I worked with K3. I have continued to try to contact Ken Kirby, owner of K3, and when I got a hold of him the last time he drove into a carwash that disconnected our call. He never returned countless calls and emails. I told him it is not alot of money but it is the principle of the matter. If you are holding money that is mine you need to pay me. He is over 60 days late on payment of retainer past the 90 day wait period.
He views folks like me as a nomadic bum and has voiced his opinion behind my back several times. If he would wake up he would realize that nomadic bums like me made the ole bastard rich maby he would have more respect for us.
I had joined in an argument the last time someone posted information here on K3 and tried to back him up. I recant any supportive past messaging in regard to K3. Ken you make me sick.
