Ahhhh give em a break Ed, he had to retro newbuild. As long as everything is tight, he looks good to go. The cable is straight going into the connectors (PPC three piece, one time use connectors at that), it looks like it was spliced to have everything accessible and still have room for the fiber, I've seen much worse.
