Round here we calls it Pennsyltuckey, them aren't basements they is sump holes, where's we's keep the sump-pumps, so the snipes don't get wet. Them snipes get real mean when they get wet, been known to chew a mans hand off before he can wack it with a stick so he can get it in a sack. You get two or three of them you can make a good stew.
