I have tats above, below, whatever...I sell myself just fine when I enter a home. Through 10 years of this the 2 things I have been told the most, by primes and MSO's and customers, are compliments on the quality of my work and my customer service. I think that companies probably have a problem with management because they aren't vetting as well as they should. If you're looking for a "body" to fill a position, that's what you will get.
