Oh no!
By definition if you are an independent contractor you are not Directv. How would it work if you rolled up to do a DISH installation? I can't help but thinking that if you figure a way to get this done Directv will object.
The biggest abuse of law is the tendency for HSPs to treat contractors like employees. Why not become a Directv employee and just put your hand out for the keys to their van?
